Apple releases urBeats3 earphones, new colours for BeatsX

Apple has not just launched its iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, Apple TV 4K and the Apple Watch Series 3 . The company has introduced the new urBeats3 in-ear headphones on a low-key note as well. The new headphones come with a lightning connector, catering to those users who have purchased the iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus or are planning to buy the iPhone X, iPhone 8 or the iPhone 8 Plus.

The company has also introduced a variant that comes with a traditional 3.5mm headphone jack and works with other devices. The headphones come with a “fine-tuned acoustic design” and they come bundled with different eartip options. The new urBeats3 comes in Silver, Gold, and Black, same colours in which the new iPhone models are available.

Both the urBeats3 headphones with Lightning cable and with 3.5mm headphone jack are priced at $99.9 and will be made available in the coming months.

Furthermore, the Cupertino-based tech firm has introduced Silver and Matte Gold colour variants. They cost $149.95 and will ship from later this week in the US.

As a refresher, Apple launched five new products at the all-new Steve Jobs Theatre in its new Apple Park campus in California. Among these, the spotlight was on the Apple iPhone X — the bezel-less smartphone that comes with new features and improvements.

Apple iPhone X’s price starts at Rs 89,000, the most-expensive price tag for an iPhone so far. The pre-orders for the smartphone will start on October 27 across 55 countries including India. It will hit the retail stores on November 3.

The iPhone 8 and the iPhone 8 Plus come in two storage variants – 64GB and 256GB. Users in select countries, including India, can pre-order the two smartphones starting September 15. The smartphones are expected to be available in India from September 29 at a starting price of Rs 64,000.

Apple Watch Series 3’s pricing starts at Rs 29,900 in India. Users outside India will be able to pre-order the Watch Series 3 starting September 15. It will be made available starting September 22. It will come to India next year. Apple has also revised the price of the Watch Series 1 to Rs 21,900.
